Children's Karate - Invest in Your Child

Women's Aerobic Kick-Boxing / Lose Weight Fast
Women's aerobic kick-boxing is one of our most popular programs.
Classes consist of highly energetic calorie burning workouts, body sculpting with weights,
stretching and occasional women's self-defense instruction.
The classes are conducted with background music and are fun and enjoyable as well as being highly beneficial.
We have an excellent clientele of women of all ages, different physical levels and all walks of life.

Tournament Competition - Sport Karate
We have a well developed and successful tournament training curriculum.
The academies' students have done very well competing on the regional and national circuit.
We offer training in fighting, forms, weapons and self-defense competition.
The academy boasts many first place winners in both regional and national competition.
Private lesson in all aspects of tournament competition are available at the academy.
Participation in tournament competition is on a strictly voluntary basis.

Family Classes - Quality Time
Family classes are an excellent way to spend quality time together.
They allow parents and their children to study the martial arts together.
These classes are very popular with our students and the academy offers generous family discounts.
Children and adults enrolled in family classes may also take respective children's and adult classes.

Adult and Teen Classes
Adult and teen classes are an excellent way to develop your mind and body to its fullest potential, stay in shape and lose weight.

Our adult and teen self-defense training is one of the most effective systems that can be found anywhere.
These classes are very popular with women and teens. Classes are available for all skill levels from beginner to black belts.

Self-Defense Seminars
In addition to our regular programs that all teach and develop self-defense skills,
we also have self-defense seminars available.
Self-defense seminars can be held at an outside location of your choice or at one of our studios.
They are available for all audiences and can be tailored to meet specific needs.
